On the guest side: design-conscious travelers, ages 28–45, who want the privacy of a home and the consistency of a hotel. On the owner side: property owners and small investors who would rather earn passively than coordinate cleaners, vendors, and pricing themselves.
Three things. First, we are deliberately small — a curated portfolio in our chosen markets, not a national volume operator. Second, every property is design-audited before it goes live; staging and professional photography are included, never billed extra. Third, owner reporting is line-item transparent every month, not a quarterly summary.
Performance-based. Our management fee is 20–25% of gross rental revenue depending on tier and market. There are no setup fees, vendor markups, or lock-in contracts. Owners see every invoice in their monthly report; cleaning and maintenance costs are passed through at actual cost.
