Yes. When you book through Airbnb or VRBO, the platform adds a service fee of 14–16%. When you book directly with us, that fee disappears. Same property, same team, better price.
Yes. We offer discounted rates for stays of 28 nights or longer. Contact us directly for custom extended-stay pricing.
Cancellations 60+ days before check-in receive a full refund. 30–59 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: non-refundable, though we consider extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available — just ask and we’ll accommodate when we can.
All properties use smart locks for contactless entry. You’ll receive your unique access code 24 hours before arrival. No key exchange, no waiting.
Our team is available 24/7 by phone or text. For current guests, we also offer WhatsApp support. We have a local team member within 30 minutes of every property.

Every property goes through a hotel-grade cleaning protocol between guests. Linens are fully replaced, every surface is sanitized, and the turnover is verified with photographs before you receive your access code.
The cleaning fee covers our full turnover protocol: deep cleaning, linen replacement, restocking amenities, welcome basket preparation, and photographic verification. It’s a one-time fee, not charged per night.
Some properties welcome pets — check the individual listing for pet policies. A pet fee may apply. Undisclosed pets may result in an additional charge.
Properties are for residential use only. Events, parties, and gatherings beyond the stated guest count require prior written approval. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the stay.
Yes. Each property has a maximum occupancy listed on its page. This limit is firm — it’s based on safety, comfort, and respect for the neighborhood.
No. The total price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. We don’t add surprise charges. The nightly rate, cleaning fee, and applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our booking platform. We never store your card information directly.
