How it started
We started Oasis because we were tired of the same experience: generic furniture, photos that didn't match reality, and a host who went quiet after taking the booking fee. Short-term rentals had become a commodity — optimized for quantity, not quality.
We believed the gap between a soulless rental and a truly great stay was almost entirely a design and hospitality problem. Solve those two things — really solve them — and guests would notice.
So we built the company we wished existed. A boutique portfolio of hand-selected homes across Florida, North Carolina, and Missouri — each one curated for design quality, maintained to hotel-grade standards, and backed by a local team that picks up the phone.

Frustrated by cookie-cutter vacation rentals, we envisioned a portfolio where every property tells a design story.
2025
Launched in North Carolina's Research Triangle — Raleigh and Durham became our proving ground for the design-forward model.

Expanded to South Florida's coastal market and St. Louis's historic neighborhoods, proving the model works across geographies.
